Hello, I want to disable file upload for users and enable a captcha when logging in and registering.

Close the ability to upload files for users and create captcha during registration and login

We do not currently have the ability to disable uploading files. Regarding CAPTCHA, you can enable this feature by enabling the CAPTCHA plugin in the admin page.
