Quicklinks plugin can't build

Answer version: 1.4.5

When I add quicklinks plugin, the Answer couldn't build.

The quick-links plugin requires a minimum Answer version of v1.7.0.

I found this in quick_links' go.mod. Do you know that it can also work if I change the limitation to v1.4.5?
