Can we have language-specific sections for Answers?
For the first time using this system, everything I see is in English. It doesn't seem very user-friendly for Chinese users who don't understand English.
I want to ask if it's possible to create language-specific sections for Answers? I hope Chinese users can ask questions and communicate exclusively in the Chinese section, while users of other languages can use their respective sections for communication.

第一次看到这个系统，进来看到的都是英文，对不懂英文的中文用户好像不太友好，
想问一下，可以给Answer进行语言分区版块嘛？
希望中国用户可以全部在中文分区里提问和交流，而其它国家语言都可以在相应的版块来进行沟通。
