There is an option to reject the publication of a question/answer in the functionality for moderating questions and answers, but there is no way to add comments and describe the reason for the rejection. Аnd to send a notification to the author of the question via email or to their profile so that they know why the question was rejected.
Maybe I didn’t understand and such a function already exists? Or does it need to be developed?
