Unable to build docker container using official Dockerfile `build_plusin.sh: required file not found`？

Dear friends, when I tried to use the official dockerfile, I found that the docker container could not be built successfully no matter what, and it would always report the following error

Sorry, due to the fact that we just recently updated the plugin repository causing the plugin to not pull in properly, you can re-pull the code and try the build again.
