How to configure SMTP please?
Do I need to be able to access it through a domain name first?
It seems that the email address I set needs to fill in the authorization code, but where do I configure the authorization code in the answer?

You can configure this on the smtp configuration page.
Such as https://your-answer-url/admin/smtp
You can configure the SMTP service through the gmail service or other email service providers.
