The administrator can directly delete the question, but after deleting the question, the number of question in the tag does not change.
When I delete the tag, it will display:
We do not allow deleting tags with posts. Please remove this tag from the post first
Which version of answer are you using?? this issue has been fixed in the latest version. You can try upgrading Answer to the newest version.
or, If the tag is associated with a relatively small number of questions, you can first try editing those questions to remove the tag before deleting it.
I experienced the same issue using Version 1.6.0. After installing Answer, it was initialized with some dummy data. After playing a bit around and removing all questions, the support tag still showed that there were two questions using the support tag, while there were zero questions in the database. Trying to delete the support tag, I got the same error message showing that I could not delete the tag because it was still in use.
