Elastic Search - How do we import existing content?

support search plugins

We have around 5000 questions and around 7000 answers and 22000 comments.

If we edit an indivdual question or answer, it gets indexed by Elastic Search - which is great BUT, I'm not about to sit and edit all 12k peices of content!

How can I trigger a full indexing of the sites content?
