Different products with same installation

Hi, we have two different products and we want to keep the question and answers separated.

Is there any best practise who to do this?
Telling the users that they should set a tag like #product1 and #product2 seems to be error prone.

I welcome any suggestions.

Yes. Maybe tags are a good way to distinguish it. You can set Recommend tags and turn Set required tags on. After this, users will have to select a tag when asking a question.

Thank you, I was not aware of that feature.
I guess it is good enough approach for now.
