I've added the policies via admin settings, however I cannot find the actual page that displays them on the site, where do those links actually appear once you update the policies in settings?

I accidentally stumbled upon it. The privacy and terms of service URLs are:
[domain]/privacy
[domain]/tos
But I don't see any links to them from anywhere on the site.
