How do I fill out MariaDB/MySQL?

I am using the Pagoda Panel (bt.cn) and when I fill in MariaDB/MySQL, how should I connect to the database in the Pagoda Panel?

When I write 127.0.0.1, it prompts that it cannot connect.

When I set the database to public and then fill in the server ip in there, then nothing happens when I click confirm.

Which logs are useful for debugging the MySQL connection. I also had difficulty. I could connect from CLI but could not find a combination that worked to do the initial setup for Answer.
