At first, I thought it (the button pointed to by the mouse) meant voting, but later I realized that it meant bookmark. So I think it's possible to add a title attribute to this button (such as "bookmark" for this button), so that users can better use Answer.
Additionally, the button for refreshing the CAPTCHA when I just registered my account to post this question does not have a title attribute.
