I created a question but it does not redirect me to homepage

Hi everyone,

Just made a new question and once i click on "post your question", the page is not redirected back to the homepage or the page where the question is set.

Please fix.

The username only used uppercase and lowercase letters plus numbers, but the prompt indicated it did not comply with the regulations.
