Inserting Data using MYSQL return 404

Hi, I am trying to insert questions using mysql. It is successfully getting inserted. I can also see it on the page But when I try to open that question, it is showing 404 error. Can anybody tell the solution for this? Thanks

The tag search does not take effect

When I used the tag search filter, the actual results did not match expectations. Initially I was using version 1.2.5 and had this problem. The problem persists after upgrading to 1.3.0-rc1. Also, the use of multiple tags has this problem.
